ASSEMBLEA GENERALE DEI SOCI 1 marzo 2024 Gentili membri del Circolo Arci Diverkstatt APS, siete cordialmente invitati a partecipare all’ASSEMBLEA ANNUALE DEI SOCI VENERDI’ 1 MARZO a EST. (Via Vecchia 6, Brunico)
La prima convocazione avrà luogo alle ore 6.00. Nel caso in cui a quell’ora non dovesse essere presente più della metà dei soci, avrà luogo una seconda convocazione alle ore 18.30, che in ogni caso sarà atta a deliberare.
Ordine del giorno: – Saluto del Presidente; – Constatazione del numero legale dei presenti; – Nomina di un/a responsabile per la stesura del protocollo; – Lettura e approvazione del protocollo dell’ultima Assemblea generale; – Relazione sull’attività 2023 e panoramica delle attività per il 2024; – Relazione del Tesoriere sulla situazione finanziaria 2023; – Rapporto della Revisora dei Conti; – Approvazione del rendiconto economico-finanziario 2023 e sollevamento del direttivo da responsabilità; – Varie ed eventuali.
Al termine dell’assemblea ci sarà l’aperitivo e la cena.Siete pregati di confermare la vostra presenza entro il 28 febbraio.
Sarà possibile anche rinnovare la tessera ARCI per l’anno 2023/2024.

Die erste Einberufung findet um 6.00 Uhr statt. Sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr als die Hälfte der Mitglieder anwesend sein, so wird die 2. Einberufung auf 18.30 Uhr angesetzt und ist in jedem Fall beschlussfähig. Tagesordnung: – Begrüßung durch den Präsidenten; – Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit; – Ernennung eines Schriftführers, einer Schriftführerin; – Verlesung des Protokolls der letzten Vollversammlung und Genehmigung; – Tätigkeitsbericht über die Aktivität im Jahr 2023 und Überblick über das Programm 2024; – Bericht der Kassierin über die Jahresabschlussrechnung 2023; – Bericht der Kassarevisorin; – Genehmigung des Jahresabschlusses 2023 und Entlastung des Vorstandes; – Allfälliges. Nach der Versammlung gibt es ein Aperitif und Abendessen. Bitte eure Teilnahme bis 28. Februar bestätigen. Vor ort kann die ARCI Mitgliedschaft 2023/2024 erneuert werden.
