Il nuovo appuntamento del Pensionistas Café crea uno spazio informale dove condividere idee, pensieri ed esperienze. Questa volta si parlerà di alimentazione sana in età avanzata, insieme a Barbara Mairhofer, coordinatrice del servizio di dietetica e nutrizione dell’Ospedale di Brunico.
Un incontro semplice e accogliente per confrontarsi su benessere quotidiano, abitudini alimentari, piccoli accorgimenti per vivere meglio – il tutto davanti a una tazza di caffè.

Beim Pensionistas Café öffnen wir einen Raum für Austausch, Gedanken und Erfahrungen. Dieses Mal sprechen wir über gesunde Ernährung im Alter mit Barbara Mairhofer, Koordinatorin des Dienstes für Diät und Ernährung am Krankenhaus Bruneck.
Ein ungezwungenes Treffen, um sich über Wohlbefinden, Ernährung und kleine Alltagsstrategien auszutauschen – bei einer gemütlichen Tasse Kaffee.
